Ban Law Office PC was established in 2006 with the goal of serving the community with a private public interest law firm committed to representing the needs of the disenfranchised. Specifically, we are committed to meeting the needs of the disabled, disabled veterans, and individuals/citizen groups that are concerned with various forms of environmental degradation that is occurring in their communities, and who are in need of solutions for abating or eliminating such projects. We never represent corporations or governmental entities since we are singularly focused on providing effective representation to ordinary people concerned about the plight of their communities, and have become frustrated with arbitrary and unjust governmental actions.
We assist both veterans and non-veterans in administrative proceedings before the Veterans Affairs Agency and the Social Security Administration. We understand that most people that apply for benefits through these federal agencies become incredibly frustrated at the length of time and the number of appeals it often takes to receive the benefits that you are entitled to. We will do our best to answer all your questions about the process and expedite the process to the extent possible. We will fight for your benefits and attempt to procure benefits as quickly as possible. If appeals are necessary we will appeal denials as many times as necessary to the extent warranted under the law.
